PP PS PET PLA thermoforming sheet plate film extrusion line/making machine 

This Plastic PP/PS/PET PLA Sheet Production Line Maachineis specially designed for mono/multi Layer sheet for packing indrustry. The technology of "Single Screw extruding with low dew-point dehumidifying system " for high quality products in high transparency without buddle, which will be very important for thermoforming.

Raw Material:
1. can be virgin plastic material. PP, PS, PET, PLA
2. can be recyclable material, like PET Bottle Flakes, PP, PS granules

Usual Sheet Width: 600-800-1000mm

FEATURES:
1. Screw with special mixing and plasticization function.
2. Coat hanger T-type die head with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately.
3. Horizontal. vertical, 45 degree incline type 3 Roller Calendars may be lifted freely, sheet thickness shall be regualted by screw and pressing roller.
4. Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness.
5. Exact slicing machine, excellent cross surface.
6. Winder with big torque motor, and it's speed and tension force adjustable.
7. Automatic metering to set the length of the products.

2.Main Components

1>The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.
2> The clothes hanger mold adopts a special double throttling design to make the thickness adjustment of the plate more precise.
3>Temperature control ±1C can accurately control the plasticizing process, sheet thickness and flatness
4>The three-roll calender adopts horizontal, vertical or 45-degree inclined type, which can be lifted and lowered freely
5>The thickness of the plate is controlled by screw adjustment and two-way adjustment of the pressing wheel to control the thickness of the plate.
6> The independently controlled roller temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of the pressure roller so that the thickness of the plate is uniform
7> The cutting part adopts the edge-to-length cutting device to ensure the accuracy of the plate size.
8>The winding table device adopts advanced torque motor, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will
9> Equipped with an automatic meter counter to set the length of the product. This production line can also produce silencing inner spiral PVC foam pipes by replacing the head.
